Matt Burkhart

Bio

Since 1997, Matt has represented a wide variety of clients in a wide variety of sophisticated commercial disputes and tort litigation.  With Gallagher Kavinsky & Burkhart LPA, Terry and Matt also carry on a thriving commercial real estate transactional practice. Matt is admitted to practice in Ohio, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Eleventh Circuits. He received his law degree in 1997 from the University of Virginia School of Law and graduated first in his class from Wittenberg University in 1994.
